2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, browser information and server status may be processed in server logs. Processing is carried out for the secure and stable operation of the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact form
When you contact us through the form, we process your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, requested service, location, preferred period (optional) and message. The data is used to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries also Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiries are normally stored in a protected MySQL database and sent by email to info@lnk-gmbh.de. If the database is temporarily unavailable, an enquiry may instead be stored in a server-side protected file that is not publicly accessible. The Hostinger mailbox info@lnk-gmbh.de is used for email delivery. Data is deleted when it is no longer required for the relevant purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies.
4. Technically necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are used for core functionality, including the PHP session for CSRF protection and the lnk_consent cookie, which stores your privacy selection.
5. Optional first-party statistics
Only after explicit consent to “Statistics” do we activate a privacy-friendly self-hosted audience measurement. Page view, language, device type and, where applicable, the domain of an external referrer are stored. IP addresses are not stored in the statistics database.
After consent, a random first-party browser ID (lnk_vid) is set and processed only as a server-side hash. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with the applicable German telecommunications privacy rules. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in Cookie Settings.
6. Google Maps
Google Maps content is loaded only after you consent to the “Comfort” category. Loading the map establishes a connection to Google and may result in data transfer and cookies. Without consent, only a local placeholder and an external link are shown.
7. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link opens the service only after an active click. A pre-filled message may be passed to WhatsApp when the link is opened, but no message is sent automatically. The provider's own privacy rules then apply. Merely loading this website does not automatically transfer data to WhatsApp.
8. Recipients and processors
Service providers such as Hostinger may be used as processors for website hosting and email communication. Data is processed only to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
